A few days ago I bought a new pair of casual shoes. I was looking for something that would be very comfortable and presentable enough that I could wear them to business casual meetings.
I went to one of my favorite local stores and found a pair of Hafflinger clogs that fit and met my requirements. I decided to get them even though they were more expensive than I wanted to spend.
I've ended up wearing them every single day since I've bought them! I've actually been picking my clothes each day JUST so I can wear these shoes! Talk about money well spent.
As business owners, we don't want to attract clients who are price driven, but as consumers we can certainly act that way ourselves, can't we?
What can you do to create more value for your clients so they feel as I do -- that spending money on your product was money well spent? How can you allow your clients to "try on" your product or service so they can feel good about the decision to spend that money?
In the meantime, get to the nearest shoe store that sells Hafflinger clogs and get a pair! Your feet will thank you!
